Procedures for State-owned Enterprises to Recruit Fresh College Students

1. First attend the job fair and submit your resume! (Due to differences between units and individuals, the agreement can be signed on site in triplicate)

2. Then wait for the unit’s interview notification. Some units will require a second interview! (During the interview, you can negotiate about salary, contract time, working environment, etc., be familiar with the relevant provisions of the Labor Contract Law, and protect your legitimate rights and interests. Some units can sign an agreement with the student immediately after the interview)

3. Wait for the admission notice (there are two forms of notification: telephone notification and letter, and students will be notified of relevant matters in the notice)

4. Sign an employment agreement according to the notification

5 .Report to the unit with your registration certificate, graduation certificate and degree certificate (the specific time can be informed in the admission notice, or the unit will notify you separately)

However, in other ways (such as finding a relationship), you can sign the agreement directly. No above steps required!
