Part-time job can make talents flow from over-concentrated units to urgently needed units, thus solving the problem of unbalanced proportion of talents in various units. (9) Renewed employment refers to the appointment of professional and technical personnel who have gone through retirement procedures. Re-employment does not account for the number of professional and technical positions in this unit. For those who are re-employed, the unit shall pay a certain amount of re-employment money in addition to a certain amount of retirement money every month. The rehired object is not limited to this unit.
