I live in an industrial area, surrounded by factories. Generally, people who buy things are migrant workers. I stayed in Shenzhen for more than a month, but I haven't found any fighting, and I haven't heard anyone say anything about killing people. I think it's just that some things are exaggerated.

With a little excitement and blindness, I came to the factory and started my own working career. The factory arranged two days of training before entering the workshop. First, he led us to the recruitment hall, where we handed in copies of ID cards, diplomas and health certificates and two photos, and then gave us uniform factory clothes. In the afternoon and the next morning, we attended the training again. The teacher told us the history of the factory and all kinds of products produced by the company. The next afternoon, we took the exam again. The content of the exam is mainly the content of training. Then the security guard arranged another three hours of military training for us. Although the work looks quite simple, twelve mechanical jobs are simply unbearable for us college students who are used to idle life. In the next few days, I changed my position several times. Every time I change to a new position, I have to study for half a day or a day. I usually sit next to old employees and watch them operate. Occasionally, those old employees will tell you. When you meet something you haven't told you, you must ask frequently and dare to ask. When I first started working, I was unfamiliar with the environment and people there, and everything was strange! Due to the limitation of time, I only worked in the factory for forty days. This factory has day shift and night shift, once a month, working every day 12 hours. The day shift is from 8 am to 8 pm every day, and the night shift is from 8 pm to 8 pm the next day. I work five days a week and occasionally work overtime on weekends. I work there for ten days and do morning exercises at 7: 50 every morning. But I found that everyone didn't take it seriously, just stretching their legs and arms at will. I don't know why everyone didn't take it seriously, but later I learned that the working hours were long. Everyone is disdainful of the activities in the factory and only cares about doing their own thing. Even if it is a meaningful activity, everyone rarely participates.

The company holds a regular meeting every Monday. The factory director will talk about some problems in the factory and the person in charge of the workshop will solve them in time. At the same time, all the members of the workshop will get together for a meeting of about ten minutes at work and after work. At this time, the team leader will inform the above things in time and criticize and educate everyone about the problems that happened the day before and the day before. Moreover, the rules and regulations in the factory are particularly perfect, and the quality requirements for products are particularly high. There are slogans demanding quality on the corridors of the workshop. If there is a problem with the quality of any product, the staff responsible for the process will be investigated and punished. The person in charge of each workshop is also an able person selected from the employees. After working there for more than a month, I still like the environment in the factory. There are basketball court, volleyball court, badminton court, library and reading room in the factory, and movies are shown all day on weekends to enrich everyone's life. No matter the factory or the living area, the sanitation is very clean, which is very suitable for work and study! I have been wondering why this factory can make great progress every year. Why did the company set up branches in Suzhou and Shenzhen just a few years after its establishment, and the scale of the branches was quite large? After working for a month, I finally know that because they have sound management rules and regulations, they can also attract useful talents, and the employees of the company can do their duty. In short, all aspects of work are showing a thriving situation. How can such an enterprise not flourish? It reminds me of myself. If we can manage ourselves like a company, our university will not be wasted, and we don't have to worry about not finding a job after graduation!

Through chatting with employees, I found that most of them are around 18 years old, and most of them graduated from junior high school and primary school. Their smooth sailing accident is completely incompatible with their age. They know many ways to deal with people. If they don't tell their age, unfamiliar people will think that they are all in their twenties. Most of them are content with the status quo and unwilling to change. Even though companies often recruit some assistants and typists in factories, those employees are reluctant to learn some basic office software in their spare time. Even tired of learning, even if I told them later that I was a college student, some of them didn't show anything. Most of them think that learning is not their business at all.
