Yu Jun served as secretary in the Dalian No. 1 Grain Depot Office in October 1968; studied at Liaoning Normal University in May 1982; served as secretary in the Dalian No. 1 Grain Depot Office in August 1984; 1985 In January 1988, he served as a clerk in the Finance and Trade Department of Dalian Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China; in January 1988, he served as a chief clerk in the Party Committee and Human Resources Department of the Dalian Branch of the People's Insurance Company of China; in February 1991, he served as a clerk in the Political Affairs Department of Dalian Life Insurance Co., Ltd.
