I. Organizational structure

The examination management institutions shall be implemented in accordance with the organizational form of the national health professional and technical qualification examination. The examination centers composed of health departments and human resources and social security departments of cities and prefectures shall be responsible for the examination management of applicants within their respective jurisdictions, and the examination management institutions of health bureaus of cities and prefectures shall be responsible for the specific examination work. The provincial health talent center is responsible for the examination management and organization of the province's advanced health professional and technical qualification examination, and at the same time, as a provincial test center, it accepts the examination organization and management of the applicants of the relevant units under construction.

Second, the scope of candidates and related tilt policies.
