How to debug and operate the thread rolling machine
First, the adjustment of the roller:
1, debugging before processing
(1) According to the diameter of the processed steel bar, replace the steel wire roller suitable for the processing diameter.
(2) When replacing the thread roller, replace the washer suitable for the thread pitch of the thread roller to ensure the correctness of the thread pitch.
(3) When the winding wheel is adapted to the machining diameter, insert the tool setting rod adapted to the steel bar into the center of the winding head.
(4) Adjust the steel wire roller to make it contact with the tool setting lever, pull out the tool setting lever, tighten the screw, and press down the gear ring to make it not move.
(5) For the equipment that fixes the locating plate, replace the locating plate corresponding to the processing diameter according to the diameter of the processed steel bar, and the processing diameter is printed on the locating plate.
(6) According to the specifications of the processed steel bars, adjust the position of the rib stripping stroke stop to ensure that the rib stripping length reaches the required value.
2. Adjustment and installation of the machine
(1) Change the position of the automatic manual switch of the electric cabinet, and you can choose automatic or pedal rolling.
(2) Automatic cyclic rolling: Turn the rolling button of the electric cabinet to the automatic position, and the movable spool moves back and forth under the control of the time relay.
(3) Turn the rolling switch of the electric control box to the manual position, and then press the manual rolling switch to make the movable wire roller work.
(4) Unscrew the hexagon socket head screw of the thread rolling shaft of the thread making machine, remove the thread rolling wheel from the front bearing seat of the thread rolling shaft, and adjust the axial position of the thread rolling wheel with a gasket or fine adjustment.
Second, the operation process of the roller:
1. Turn on the power supply, open the cooling water valve, press the forward rotation start button, turn the feed handle, and feed in the direction of the workpiece to realize cutting. When the rib stripping length meets the requirements, the rib stripping knife will automatically open and rotate the handle to continue feeding, thus realizing wire rolling. When the wire roller contacts the steel bar, it must be stressed and make the spindle rotate once.
The axial feed has a pitch length. When the feeding reaches a certain level, automatic feeding can be realized. When the whole rolling process is completed, the machine will automatically stop and press the reverse start button to realize automatic tool withdrawal.
2. Rotate the feed handle clockwise after automatic tool withdrawal, and return the rolling head to the initial position. At this point, the rib stripper will automatically reset. Just unload the processed workpiece.
3. Check the thread length with ring gauge, and the error is qualified within the range; At the same time, check the size of the thread head with the thread stop gauge. If the gauge can be screwed in, if the stop gauge can't be screwed in or can't be screwed in completely, it is qualified.
4. When reversing rolling, first exchange any two positions of the rolling wheel in the rolling head; Then switch the position of the travel switch block back and forth, and ensure that the travel remains unchanged.
5. When rolling the reverse thread, press the forward rotation start button, rotate the feed handle, and feed in the direction of the workpiece to realize cutting. When the rib stripping length meets the requirements, the rib stripping knife will automatically open and stop feeding. At this point, press the stop button to stop, and then press the reverse button, the rolling head will rotate in the opposite direction, and the control handle will continue to feed, so that the reverse thread can be rolled.
When the steel wire roller is in contact with the steel bar, it must be stressed, and the spindle rotates once, and the axial feed is one pitch length. When the feed reaches a certain level, automatic feed can be realized until the whole rolling process is completed. Press the forward rotation start button to realize automatic tool withdrawal.
Matters needing attention
1, water-soluble emulsified coolant must be used as coolant, oily coolant is strictly prohibited, and ordinary lubricating oil cannot be used instead.
2. When there is no cooling liquid, it is forbidden to roll and process threads.
3. During the initial cutting, the feed should be uniform, and do not rush to prevent the blade from cracking.
4. The slideway should be cleaned and oiled regularly.
5. Clean the coolant tank every half a month.
6. The reducer should be oiled regularly to maintain the specified oil level.
7. The thread rolling machine should be maintained regularly, and the machine shell must be grounded before use.
