Is Tianjin Ancient Culture Street under the control of SASAC?

Tianjin Ancient Culture Street is managed by Tianjin Nankai District Ancient Culture Street Management Committee. SASAC's role is to manage capital, act as investor on behalf of the government, and ensure that state-owned assets are not lost through daily management, supervision and assessment. Tianjin Ancient Culture Street is located outside the east gate of the northeast corner of Nankai District, Tianjin, on the west bank of Haihe River. It is a commercial pedestrian street and a national AAAAA-level tourist attraction.
