Operator:

There are 8 operators in the operation class (including 1 operation monitor), who are now responsible for the operation mode and dispatching management of the company's power supply and transformation system, the daily operation, maintenance, switching operation, inspection and emergency troubleshooting of high-voltage equipment in1#10kv station, Cangzhou local dispatching, company port dispatching, internal departments and the company. With the 2# 1 10KV substation about to be put into operation and the establishment of the port power supply and demand dispatching center, the work has doubled, and it is difficult for the existing operators to undertake the operation and dispatching management of the two1/0kv substations. In order to better meet the actual work needs and ensure the normal operation of port power supply, according to the actual situation of the company, it is proposed to apply for adding 8 operators of Qin Gang Maintenance Company to be responsible for daily operation, maintenance, switching operation and inspection (inspection of station equipment, outdoor cable tray, box transformer, pole lamp, cable line, street lamp, etc.). ), 1# and 2# 1 10KV stations, simple maintenance and emergency troubleshooting of high-voltage equipment.

2. Professional background: electrical automation, electromechanical, power supply.

3. Work experience: More than 2 years working experience in operation and maintenance of high-voltage power supply equipment.

4. Requirements for professional title or skill level: intermediate worker, with electrician certificate, 1 10KV work permit and driver's license (3 persons).

5. Knowledge requirements: Familiar with the basic knowledge of port power supply equipment; Familiar with the basic knowledge of port production and other related majors, master the operation and maintenance knowledge of high-voltage power supply equipment, and be familiar with the performance of high-voltage power supply equipment.

6. Skills requirements: rich experience in equipment management, strong emergency handling ability, familiarity with computer operation and skilled use of office software.

Maintenance personnel:

The maintenance class has 8 maintenance personnel, 1 driver. Now he is responsible for the testing of high-voltage electrical equipment in Hong Kong 16 substation and living quarters, technical support for maintenance and transformation, overall and line maintenance of more than 300 sets of high-pole lamps in Hong Kong 1000, and calibration of Hong Kong electric meters. With the investment in the construction of 2 # 1 10KV station, two substations, auxiliary lighting facilities and high-voltage cable lines will be put into use. In this way, the workload of maintenance and testing will be greatly increased, and the maintenance of lighting facilities will also be greatly increased. The existing maintenance personnel can't meet the future maintenance workload. Therefore, it is requested to add three maintenance personnel of Qin Gang Maintenance Company, one of whom is responsible for the second electrical maintenance task and the other is responsible for the first electrical maintenance task.

The specific requirements are as follows:

1. Newly-added re-examination personnel identify the electrical wiring diagram and have been engaged in high-voltage electrical work for more than 2 years.

2. The newly-added maintenance personnel shall be engaged in high-voltage electrical work 1 year or more.

3. New personnel must love their jobs and be dedicated, and the assessment period is 3 months.

Technician:

There are three technicians in the power supply section.

1. One person is responsible for the design, review, implementation and management of the electrical part of infrastructure projects in Hong Kong.

2. 1 person is responsible for the function management and operation mode management of the port and living quarters 16 substation (room).

3. One person is responsible for the maintenance of secondary power supply equipment.

In practical work, many jobs are part-time jobs of existing technicians and two monitor. The allocation of technical personnel is obviously insufficient, and the division of power work needs to be clearly defined. If you work part-time for a long time, it will affect the smooth development of all work. Furthermore, after the new station is put into operation, the work will be multiplied, and a lot of work cannot be carried out, so we apply for adding three technical posts.

1. Add a technician in charge of scheduling. After the new station is put into use, two 1 10KV stations are running simultaneously. The operation management class must be upgraded to the form of power dispatching center, which is composed of multiple operation networks and computer systems. The chief dispatcher can't finish this job, and he has no authority, so he needs to set up technicians.

2. Add a technician in charge of maintenance. At present, the maintenance work of the power supply department is mainly responsible for the trial operation in the port, street lamp maintenance, equipment and optical cable maintenance, and technical support for equipment maintenance of various substations. With the investment of the new station, the overhaul quantity, overhaul plan and overhaul technology of the two 1 10KV substations under its jurisdiction and its subordinate substations need to undergo qualitative changes, and the general maintenance personnel cannot complete this work, so a technician needs to be set up.

3. Add a technician in charge of the equipment at one time. According to the management mode of power department, power equipment is divided into primary equipment (high-voltage operation equipment) and secondary equipment (equipment for controlling, monitoring and protecting high-voltage operation equipment) for management. At present, the selection, putting into use and maintenance management of primary equipment are all part-time jobs of maintenance personnel. After the new station is put into use, the existing mode should be broken and the primary equipment should be maintained and managed as a separate system. So we need to set up a technician.
