What happened:

It is understood that more than 700 fresh graduates signed a "triparty agreement" with China Construction Fourth Engineering Bureau Third Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. as early as last fall's recruitment season . But on May 12, the salary schedule they received showed that the salary standard was far lower than what was promised during recruitment. Taking undergraduates from a certain "211" university as an example, during school recruitment, the recruiter promised that the salary would reach 4,000 yuan/month during the probation period and 5,400 yuan/month after becoming a full-time employee. According to the latest notice, the salary for the 6-month internship period is only 2,400 yuan/month, and there is no mention of the benefits after becoming a full-time employee.

The company also stated that if any students cannot accept it, they can submit a "Termination Application" and the company will not be held responsible for the termination fee or termination liability. However, many students said that the fall and spring campus recruitment has ended, and they have missed the best time to find a job, making it difficult to find a job that matches their major.

The Third Company of China Construction Fourth Engineering Bureau issued an apology, saying that similar things would never happen again. For those who have proposed to terminate the contract and return to work in the company as they wish, all will be accepted; for those who still insist on terminating the contract, the company will pay liquidated damages according to the tripartite agreement; for those who have not proposed to terminate the contract and are willing to continue working in the company, the salary and working location will be based on the standards previously discussed.
