9. Conduct safety/fire protection knowledge training for personnel in each position, improve the safety production and fire prevention awareness of subordinate employees, and implement and supervise the implementation to eliminate safety hazards and ensure production safety.

10. Develop the use/maintenance/maintenance and management system for machinery and equipment, molds, fixtures, testing instruments, scales, etc., and organize/implement/execute them. Do a good job in reporting/repairing injection molding equipment, molds, and tooling fixtures to reduce failures, prevent damage, and extend their service life.

11.
