The interview adopts a structured test method, which mainly evaluates the professional knowledge, business ability and work skills of the interviewers that are suitable for the position they are applying for. The interview time for each interviewer shall not exceed 15 minutes. The interview score is used as the total exam score and is scored on a hundred-point scale.

2. Intermediate professional and technical positions at the Provincial Hardware Institute

The examination is divided into a written test and an interview, both of which are based on a hundred-point system.

The written examination and interview are jointly organized by the provincial association and the employer. The total score of the candidates is calculated based on the ratio of written test scores and interview scores, each accounting for 50%. The written test and interview time and location will be notified later.

(1) Written test: The content of the written test is professional knowledge related to the position.

(2) Interview: The interview adopts a structured test method, which mainly evaluates the professional knowledge, business ability and work skills of the interviewers that are suitable for the position they are applying for. The interview time for each interviewer shall not exceed 15 minutes.

(4) Assessment physical examination
