The position of administrative law enforcement civil servant refers to the position that directly performs the law enforcement duties such as administrative license, administrative punishment, administrative compulsion, administrative collection, administrative fees and administrative inspection to the administrative counterpart according to laws and regulations, and its duties are administrative and mandatory.

According to the nature of the work, law enforcement functions and management needs, administrative law enforcement posts are generally set in the following organs or institutions whose main responsibilities are administrative law enforcement, mainly in the departments of market supervision, ecological environment protection, cultural market, transportation, agriculture and urban management.

Civil servants who enforce the law of politics and law refer to non-leading civil servants who mainly perform administrative licensing, punishment, compulsory collection, inspection and other law enforcement duties in administrative organs at all levels in this Municipality. Civil servants in administrative law enforcement are generally called law enforcers.
