Flexible employees (excluding students) who have reached the age of 16, men under the age of 60 and women under the age of 55 may voluntarily apply to participate in the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees in their personal capacity:

Employees in new forms of employment who rely on new business platforms such as e-commerce, online car rental, online food delivery and express logistics to achieve employment and have not established labor relations with enterprises in new business platforms;

Individual industrial and commercial households and their employees;

Part-time employees who have not participated in the basic old-age insurance in the employer;

Other flexible employees stipulated by the state and our province.
