Conditions for moving into Xianghe hukou

The conditions for moving into Xianghe hukou in 2022 are as follows:

1. Resident account migration:

(1) Transfer and placement of on-the-job personnel;

(2) transferring civil servants;

(three) to mobilize personnel in the state (province) directly under the unit to mobilize the work;

(4) the house with its own property rights is moved;

(5) the unit organizes the allocation of housing to live and move;

(6) Renting government property houses to live and move;

(7) Resettlement of dependents.

2, student account migration:

(1) Selection, recruitment and placement of registered university graduates on campus;

(2) Students leave school, drop out of school and move back to their original places.

3. Relocation:

(1) Couples take refuge in relocation;

(2) parents move their children;

(3) minor children migrate with their parents;

(4) Adult unmarried children move with their parents;

(5) Adult married children move with their parents.

Legal basis: Article 10 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on Household Registration.

If a citizen moves out of the place under the jurisdiction of the household registration, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for emigration registration, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.

Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.

Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.
