(1) Candidates please log on to the website of Jilin Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (/) to register for open recruitment of high-level talents in Jilin institutions, download and fill in the Registration Form for Open Recruitment of High-level Talents in Jilin Institutions in 2023 (Annex 3); If you apply for the post of special high-level talents in Jilin enterprises, download and fill in the Application Form for Special High-level Talents in Jilin Enterprises in 2023 (Annex 4), and submit the original at the time of on-site registration.

(2) The original and photocopy of the second-generation resident ID card, graduate and undergraduate diplomas and degree certificates.

Those who have obtained academic degrees before registration must provide the original "Electronic Registration Form for Academic Certificates" of the Ministry of Education.
