2. Qualification examination

(1) Online Qualification Examination

Designate a person to be responsible for the preliminary examination of online registration qualifications, and conduct the preliminary examination of qualifications according to the job requirements of imported talents and the information materials submitted by candidates. After the preliminary qualification examination, the preliminary results will be publicized on the website of Juye County People's Government.

(2) On-site qualification examination

Those who have passed the preliminary qualification examination shall participate in the on-site qualification examination. Those who pass the on-site qualification examination will be issued an Interview Notice. The time and place of on-site qualification examination will be notified separately.

Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Those who provide false information and relevant supporting materials will be dealt with severely once they are found, and their qualifications will be cancelled. After examination, those who do not meet the introduction conditions will be disqualified.

Third, the exam.

This introduction is not limited by the proportion of the examination. The examination is conducted in a combination of written examination and interview, and then the written examination is conducted after the interview.

1. Interview (audition)

Interview (mirror test) takes the form of on-site test, which mainly evaluates the comprehensive analysis, communication strain, job matching, language expression and screen image of candidates, and implements a hundred-point system. The interview (mirror test) score is set at 70 points, which is divided into qualified lines.

2. written test

According to the interview results, according to the ratio of recruitment position plan 1:3, the written examiners are determined from high score to low score. Did not reach the prescribed proportion, determined according to the actual number of qualified people. If there are multiple candidates with the same interview results, the last one will be determined as the candidate who takes the written test. Vacancies caused by abstention or disqualification shall be filled in turn from the qualified line of interview results of personnel in this position.

The content of written test is basic knowledge and comprehensive writing.

After the written test, the total test score will be synthesized according to the proportion of interview (mirror test) score accounting for 60% and written test score accounting for 40%. The written test scores, interview scores and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. According to the total score of the exam, determine the candidates who enter the scope of investigation.

Fourth, inspection and physical examination

According to the candidates' test scores and the introduction plan, from high score to low score, the inspection and physical examination will be organized according to 1: 1. Candidates who have passed the examination, inspection and physical examination will be publicized on the website of Juye County People's Government for 7 working days.
