In order to further optimize the structure of the teaching team in our district, combined with the actual situation of teachers in the education system in our district, it has been decided after research to select and select some outstanding teachers from primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, and special education schools nationwide. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows :

1. Scope and Targets of Selection

Excellent teachers who are currently on the job in domestic primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, and special education schools and meet the selection requirements.

2. Number of selected teachers

This time, a total of 33 teachers will be selected and transferred. If registration for specific subjects is not available, the method of merging the selection and transfer positions will be adopted. The Pukou District Education Bureau will comprehensively determine the specific subjects for transfer based on the actual registration situation.

Relevant information on this merit-based adjustment is released on the Pukou District Government (/), Nanjing Pukou Education Bureau website (/zjpk/zfzcbm/jyj/) and other websites.

3. Selection conditions

1. Loyal to people* and education, with high moral cultivation, strong teaching ability and good teaching performance;

2. Primary and secondary school teachers must have a bachelor’s degree or above; preschool education and special education teachers must have a college degree or above. All selected teachers’ majors must meet subject requirements;

3. Hold corresponding teacher qualification certificates, have 2 years or more of education and teaching experience, and have passed the annual assessment in the past two years or above;

4. Junior professional and technical personnel, aged 35 and below (born after January 1, 1983); Intermediate and above professional and technical personnel, aged 40 and below (January 1, 1978) (born later), in principle, have titles such as subject teaching leaders at the district (county) level or above, outstanding young teachers, or honors such as second prize in competitions or above.

5. Be physically and mentally healthy, pass the physical examination, be competent in education and teaching, and have a full workload in the past two years.

6. Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

(1) Those who are basically competent (basically qualified) and incompetent (unqualified) in the annual assessment.

(2) Persons who have been punished by party or government disciplines for violating laws and disciplines or who are being reviewed or investigated for suspected violations of laws and disciplines.

(3) Other situations stipulated by laws and regulations.

IV. Selection Procedure

(1) Registration

1. Registration time: Registration will be accepted from the date of issuance of this notice (excluding holidays and weekends). 9:00-11:40 am, 15:00-17:30 pm, registration is valid until 16:00 on August 3, 2018, no registration will be accepted after the deadline.

2. Registration method: This time, the selection method will be on-site registration, and postal registration will not be accepted.

3. Registration location: Those who meet the selection requirements should go to Room 616, Personnel Section, Pukou District Education Bureau, Nanjing City to register on-site within the specified registration time. (Specific registration address and bus route: No. 5, Xingzhi Road, Jiangpu Street, Pukou District. You can take buses 510, D15, D7, etc. and get off at Jiangpu Passenger Terminal, then transfer to 601, 612, 684 and get off at Yangliu Xincun West Station; or Take Metro Line 10 to Yushan Road, transfer to 601, 612, or 684 and get off at Yangliu Xincun West Station, and walk about 300 meters south; or take 685 and get off at Xingzhi Education Base Station)

(2) Qualification review

The Pukou District Education Bureau will conduct a qualification review on the materials submitted by the applicants and conduct a comprehensive evaluation on those who pass the qualification review.

(3) Comprehensive evaluation

The comprehensive evaluation adopts a combination of quantitative evaluation and on-site interviews. The specific comprehensive evaluation time, location and related requirements will be notified separately.

1. Quantitative evaluation: The Pukou District Education Bureau will organize experts to conduct a quantitative evaluation of the applicants’ materials, and based on the quantitative evaluation results, the best candidates will be selected to participate in the interview.

2. On-site interview: The interview takes the form of class and defense, which mainly tests the professional knowledge, business ability and comprehensive quality required to perform the job responsibilities.

The Pukou District Education Bureau will comprehensively determine the personnel to be transferred based on the quantitative assessment scores and interview results.

(4) External transfer inspection

An external transfer inspection team will be jointly formed by the Pukou District Office of Organization, Pukou District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Pukou District Education Bureau and other departments to conduct an external transfer inspection of the personnel to be transferred. Conduct on-site inspections to verify relevant situations.

(5) Processing transfer

Based on the opinions of the external transfer inspection team, the Pukou District Education Bureau will study and determine the candidates to be transferred. Qualified personnel who are transferred should go through the corresponding personnel transfer and employment procedures in accordance with the "Personnel Management Regulations of Public Institutions" and relevant provincial and municipal policies and regulations. Candidates for transfer must provide their original unit's consent for the transfer before they are scheduled to be transferred. During the transfer process, if the original unit does not agree to the transfer, it will be deemed that the individual has given up automatically.

5. Relevant instructions

The transferred personnel will be selected and transferred by the Pukou District Education Bureau based on the needs of the specific subjects. At the same time, appropriate positions will be allocated based on the needs of school teachers to enrich the weak schools at the grassroots level in our district. Teaching positions. Those who disobey work assignments will be deemed to have given up on their own initiative and will not be allowed to go through employment procedures for public institutions. Those who have been employed for less than 3 years may not apply for transfer. Those who are found to be incompetent for teaching work will be transferred or dismissed after annual assessment.
