Legal analysis: 1. The construction unit shall carry out the construction in accordance with the approved design drawings and relevant national, provincial and municipal standards and norms;

2. After the completion of the existing multi-storey residential elevator project, the applicant shall apply for actual measurement, and the actual measurement report issued by the surveying and mapping agency shall be used as a condition for the completion and acceptance of the project;

3. The applicant goes to the district housing and construction department to apply for the completion acceptance procedures. * * * All owners of this unit recommend one or two owners' representatives to participate in the completion acceptance. After the acceptance, the district housing construction, district natural resources and planning, and district market supervision and management departments shall sign the acceptance opinions;

4. The applicant shall, before the elevator is put into use or within 30 days after it is put into use, apply to the local market supervision and management department for the "Special Equipment Use Registration Certificate" and "Special Equipment Use Mark" according to law.

Legal basis: Article 22 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Safety of Special Equipment stipulates that the installation, renovation and maintenance of elevators must be carried out by elevator manufacturing units or units entrusted by them that have obtained corresponding licenses in accordance with this Law. Where an elevator manufacturing unit entrusts other units to install, renovate and maintain elevators, it shall conduct safety guidance and monitoring on their installation, renovation and maintenance, and conduct calibration and debugging according to the requirements of safety technical specifications. Elevator manufacturing units are responsible for the safety performance of elevators.
