First of all, let me introduce myself: my undergraduate school is one of the two normal colleges in Anhui, with average grades. But then I thought and thought, and finally decided to take the postgraduate entrance examination. Be sure to set up a good school in May, buy a reference book for real questions, and then ask the seniors for information. When choosing a school, I suggest not to aim too high, but to report to a practical school. Of course, don't underestimate your ability, and don't choose a poor school for insurance. This is not cost-effective. It is better to do well in the exam than to choose a good sentence. It depends on the difficulty of the school test questions, the difficulty of foreign reference books and which questions are suitable for you, followed by your city. With the same score, you may only go to a very ordinary school in Beijing and Shanghai, but you may go to a very good school in the midwest, so I don't think it is necessary to squeeze a wooden bridge. You don't have to work there after graduate school, and the reputation of the school will not be bad anywhere.

My dormitory is a six-person room, and it closes at ten o'clock, so for the postgraduate entrance examination, another roommate and I rented a small house opposite the school gate. At that time, there were classes every day, and I had to go to class. There are no seats in the study room for postgraduate entrance examination. Every morning, I have to take a seat in the library, read books in the library after class, and eat in the opposite cafeteria at eleven o'clock. After dinner, I go back to the library to read, take a nap for more than an hour at noon, continue reading at two o'clock, eat at five o'clock, then stay until the library closes at ten o'clock in the evening, return to my residence to continue reading, and go to bed around twelve o'clock. Basically every day. At first, I rested for half a day at the weekend. Later, when time was tight, I didn't have a rest. I am with my classmates every day.

There was little pressure at first. I always feel that there is still a lot of time, and every day is still very leisurely. Afraid of the teacher's roll call, I still have to go to some classes and run away after roll call. I didn't go home during the summer vacation and have been studying at school.

Sometimes I feel so tired that I can't keep going and don't want to read. At this time, I might as well relax and find friends to go out, climb mountains, play ball games and watch movies. It's only for a day or two, and then I have to calm down and continue reading. Those who stay in school during the summer vacation are all graduate students. Looking at the efforts of others, I dare not relax.

Now let me talk about the subjects of English graduate school alone. The school is different, and the subjects of the initial test are different. The main difference is that some schools take professional courses for the first time, while others don't. The preliminary examination outside Sichuan does not take professional courses, so the preliminary examination papers in English direction are all the same. I think it's good, which is one of the reasons why I chose outside Sichuan. I didn't read Hu's Linguistics Course for the first time. The initial test is four exams: basic English, and some colleges call it' comprehensive English', 150, which mainly tests your basic knowledge, such as reading, correcting mistakes, vocabulary and so on. It is similar to TEM-8, but the difficulty should be slightly simpler than TEM-8. Countermeasures: Review four books of college English intensive reading; Translation and Writing (outside Sichuan): 150, one English-Chinese translation, one Chinese-English translation, one writing, 50 points, you can prepare according to TEM 8. Great changes have taken place in the questions outside Sichuan this year. In the past, basic English was not corrected, and IELTS reading was taken. A long article was followed by a question and answer. Everything has changed this year. I don't take IELTS reading, and I don't have any questions and answers. Chinese-English translation in translation and writing is actually a classical Chinese article "Looking at the Lake and Snow". I get dizzy as soon as I get the test paper. God, it's all four-word phrases. I don't even know the meaning of Chinese. It doesn't matter. I don't think I understand it. I guess everyone doesn't understand, haha. What makes people vomit blood is that I can't even translate the pavilion in the middle of the lake, and I can't even cook wine with a boy. So I made my own words and replaced them with hyponyms. Isn't the pavilion a building? Then change it into a building, and together it is "center-lake-building". Anyway, this Chinese-English translation is a mess, and English-Chinese translation is better. It's quite easy to write "online shopping" on this year's writing topic. It may be that the topic of the teacher outside Sichuan has been changed loosely, so I can still get 1 15 for such a spoof, and I am satisfied. After all, Sichuan is a foreign language college, which attaches great importance to students' basic English ability. Basic English is well written because it is easy to do, but the score is not high. It's called being smart. It is also very important that the re-examination outside Sichuan is ranked according to professional courses, and no matter how high your political second exam is, as long as you cross the national line, the political second exam will be useless. Whether you can enter the second interview depends on your major, and the professional courses are sorted from high to low. For example, 29 people will go to Sichuan for a second interview this year, so the top 29 professional courses can enter the second interview. The score of 29 professional courses is the score of professional courses outside Sichuan this year, and this year is 2000. My specialized course is 2 17. Rank 19.

The other two are diplomacy and politics. Speak a second foreign language first. My second foreign language is Japanese, and the designated reference book outside Sichuan is College Japanese published by Sichuan University Press. It needs the first three volumes plus two supplementary reference books. I signed up for our teacher's Japanese remedial class in the summer vacation of my sophomore year. She went to the new edition of Standard Day, and I learned Book One and Book Two. Later, I decided to take the postgraduate entrance examination and found that the designated reference books outside Sichuan were different. I began to teach myself Japanese for college students, which is an introduction, so it is not difficult to learn. The first volume is very simple. I finished it in a week, and the main time was spent on the second volume, which mainly talked about basic grammar and syntax. Thick books, many things, easy to mix. The third book is a long article. The first attempt to translate Japanese into Japanese every year is an excerpt from the text, especially the first six or seven lessons. I recite the translation to Lesson 7, and I just entered Lesson 7 this year (I don't seem to remember it clearly). I wrote down the exam word for word, but I really didn't cover two readings, especially the second one. I spent an hour studying, but the result was still a guess. I don't understand. Finally, I handed in my paper in advance. I thought getting 80 points was not a problem, but I was surprised. 7 1 is a political complement, which just adds up to an integer 150, but fortunately it is not 250, haha.

Finally, talk about politics. Politics goes without saying, 79. This score is good enough, it should be a high score. For someone like me who doesn't endorse. I actually bought a lot of books and spent a lot of money on politics. That hurts, but it doesn't hurt immediately after getting this score, haha. I didn't buy the legendary red book. Personally, I think the little red book is not good, the typesetting is not good, and the color and font are single, which makes people's eyes numb. Before the little red book came out, I bought the pirated little red book "An Introduction to Ideology and Politics (Intensive Reading Edition)" edited by Zhang Jianfeng published by World Book Publishing Company. In fact, I didn't know the little red book at that time. I just heard of it, but it wasn't covered. I bought it on Dangdang. This photo is very big and all red. I looked at it and thought, ah, is this the legendary little red book? As the name implies, it's not bad. I bought it in early September, when school started. This is my first political material. It's really good when you look at it. It's a two-color disc with a well-organized layout. I was satisfied with it, although I later knew it was fake. It was too late to start reading politics in September, so I began to read a few paragraphs of this cottage version of the little red book every day. Later, I bought Ren Rufen's sequence "Essentials", and I just glanced at it. I went for the fame of Ren Lao. Actually, it's very general. I think it's not as good as the cottage version of the little red book. These are the first two books. I started to do the problem in the middle and bought Xiao Xiurong's "Proposer 1000 Problem". This book is highly praised, and I'm going to do it several times. I bought a small notebook to do the problem. There is no trace in the book, and the answers are written in the notebook. Every night when I go back to my residence, I will do fifty or sixty multiple-choice questions, and I don't have to do any questions or answers. (Actually, I didn't do it later, because I didn't want to repeat the problem. I finished it soon, almost in June 1 1. After the news came out, I bought the core test center first, not the test questions. Later, I had nothing to do, so I bought the core questions. This book is full of multiple-choice questions, and the answers are all single. The number of problems is quite large. I have been there. During the period, I also bought Ren's second series Situation and Policy, Ren's fourth series The Last Three Sets of Questions, Xiao Xiurong's The Last Three Sets of Questions, Proposer's Test Site Prediction, Sai Lin's 20 Questions in 20 Days, and reference books on situation and policy, contemporary world economy and politics. I think the next few sets of books are good, but the pressure is not great. The last three sets of questions by Xiao Xiurong and Ren Rufen are all good, and they really hit a big problem this year. I can't remember which one it is, and I'm too lazy to look it up. I suggest you buy it, don't guess the questions, and practice your hands before the exam. The method is: do multiple-choice questions and look at the questions and answers. It is best to be able to recite, and there is nothing wrong with not being able to recite. I once saw a pirated little red book (seriously). Ren Er read it once and finished the 1000 question in a short time. I read it carefully in the wind and the core issues. Finally, I got 40+ in each set of questions in Xiao's "The Last Three Sets of Questions", which is very convenient. Ren's "the last three sets of questions" is slightly more difficult, and he can also get about 36. Politics is about marine tactics. As for the big questions behind, if you recite some core knowledge, you can recite the test site prediction of the proposer, which is very thin and as big as the palm of your hand. I read it several times and didn't memorize it. It's useless to recite it. This year's political topic is very lively. I feel that it has little to do with the knowledge in the book, so I don't need to recite anything. I was full of nonsense and wrote whatever came to my mind, so the final score surprised me. I checked the multiple-choice questions later, and my choice questions should be above 42 points. So, don't worry about politics. It's not a problem to get a 70-point test (liberal arts students).

In this way, you must calm down when you study step by step every day. I can't prepare twice, and I can't have the idea of registering, taking an exam and giving it a try first. If I fail, I will look for a new job. I don't have to go to graduate school anyway. There is no conflict between finding a job and taking the postgraduate entrance examination. What I want to say is that once you decide to take the postgraduate entrance examination, you must make up your mind not to go to the job fair, don't even think about holiday travel, don't take part-time jobs, and don't go home often. Everything is centered on the postgraduate entrance examination, and other things have to make way for the postgraduate entrance examination. The most common sentence you say should be "Let's wait until the exam is over." Postgraduate entrance examination is a long-term task with a long front. Not only your knowledge, but also your perseverance, determination and perseverance. He who sticks to the end is not far from success.

Looking back now, the postgraduate entrance examination is not as difficult as I thought. It's nothing thrilling. This is normal. Everything should be done step by step, and every stage should be done well. In the end, the result will be as you wish.

This year/KLOC-0 conducted the preliminary test on 5th and 6th of October, and released the preliminary test results outside Sichuan on 4th of February, which was very fast. The result is higher than I expected. According to last year's score, I am stable, and I know my weakness: I was not good at linguistics in college, because I didn't plan to take the postgraduate entrance examination at that time, and I didn't think about the linguistic direction of the national examination. Hu's book is almost new, only a few pages. Now you can enter the second interview, how can you stay at home? So I explained the reason to my parents and returned to school after staying at home for less than a week. I can't read at home, thinking that I can read when I get to school. As a result (during the winter vacation), it was too cold. The study room was locked and the library was open, but there were few people inside. It was really cold, so I found a small room in the corner and closed the door to read. At that time, my main task was to study linguistics and prepare for TEM-8. I watched it for a week, and it's almost the Spring Festival. A poor man went to his classmate's house for the New Year, stayed in his house for five or six days, and then went to school. It was the second day of Chinese New Year's Eve, and then I continued reading (sometimes very inefficient).

It's almost April. I will leave school early on the 2nd, go to Chongqing at noon on the 3rd, and have a second interview on the 4th and 5th. On the afternoon of the 7 th, on the train back to school, I asked my classmates to help me check the results of the second interview. At this point, the road to postgraduate entrance examination, which lasted for almost a year, has completely come to an end.

Finally, I want to tell you that the postgraduate entrance examination is not as difficult as you think, provided that you can stand loneliness and have perseverance.
