How to make a shoe mold?

1. First, select the manufacturing mold of the corresponding shoe mold.

2. Clamping the mold from top to bottom, melting the composite rubber sole and injecting it into the sole mold.

3, cooling and setting, finishing production, and taking down the injection mold.

4. Remove the mold cover after cooling.

5. Aim the solution spray gun at the gap of the mold and pull the wrench along the track.

6. Remove the loose shoe mold from the mold.

7. Continue to use the solution spray gun to pull the wrench along the track at the gap between the inner mold and the outer mold of the shoe mold.

8. Carefully separate the outer mold and the inner mold by hand.
