What is the difference between Party A and Party B?

1. The roles are different. The technical engineer of Party A's engineering post plays the role of supervising the construction party, directing and supervising Party B's construction according to the drawings, and supervising the construction quality and implementation of construction technical indicators.

Party B’s engineering post is responsible for the implementation of various technical indicators of the project during the construction process, and is the object of Party A’s project supervision. Party B's engineering post also plays the role of a supervised construction worker. Party A and Party B have no distinction between high and low personalities.

2. The requirements for job personnel are different. Party A often requires management and coordination capabilities but weak technical requirements; while Party B requires both management, coordination and technology. Taking recruitment as an example, Party A’s recruitment requirements are generally relatively high. Priority will be given to fresh graduates from 985/211, and those with master’s degrees from overseas. Social recruiters must also have experience in large-scale related projects, professional title certificates and other requirements.

Party B’s recruitment requirements are generally a bachelor’s degree or even a junior college degree. For some programs with Chinese prefixes, Party B’s recruitment requirements are even higher than those of Party A. Another point to mention is that there are many more girls in Party A’s engineering positions than in Party B.

3. Management involves different time stages. The management of Party A's engineering post is mainly engineering management, which is the whole life cycle of a project; while the management of Party B's engineering post is project management, which only involves the implementation phase, or construction phase.

4. The objects of management are different. The management objects of Party A's engineering post are mainly the other parties involved in the construction, including but not limited to construction, supervision, survey and design, third-party monitoring, third-party surveying, and third-party geophysical prospecting. The people they deal with also include various government town and street departments, etc. The management objects of Party B's engineering post are mainly the contractors, and also deal with relevant departments such as the quality inspection station.

5. Treatment. Party A's book salary will be slightly higher than Party B's. For example, in the first year after graduation, Party A's annual salary is 10k before tax, and Party B's annual salary is 8k. With 5 years of work experience, Party A can offer an annual salary of 250,000, and Party B can offer an annual salary of 200,000. It is limited to book wages. Other benefits are expected to be better for Party B, but they are also exchanged for sweat.
