State Grid has several contracts.

National identity contract, collective identity contract, labor dispatch contract, rural power contract.

1, national identity contract: all professional employees recruited through unified recruitment, as well as some personnel such as talent introduction or army placement. Most of the personnel in the internal management posts, technical posts, skill posts and service posts of the State Grid are national identities. It is worth noting that employees with national identity also need to sign contracts, usually once every three years at first, then once every five years, and then an open-ended contract.

2. Collective identity contract: refers to employees of collective enterprises affiliated to power supply companies at all levels of the State Grid. Collective enterprises used to be called "three industries", and their usual businesses are related to the main business of power grid, including construction and installation, survey and design, project supervision and power supply services. Collective enterprises generally have independent legal personality, and the employees they formally recruit and appoint are called collective employees. Collective workers usually sign labor contracts with collective enterprises without direct contact with the main business, but there are also cases where the main business personnel (national identity) work in collective enterprises.

3. Labor dispatch contract: Temporary labor unions employed by power supply companies at all levels pay a certain fee, and labor dispatch companies will assign labor dispatchers to sign labor contracts with workers to serve power companies at all levels and undertake specific business. For example, the general window service staff in the business hall and the telephone hotline staff in the power supply service center are all labor dispatch, and some places also have some operation and maintenance, marketing and other work.

4. Agricultural electrician contract: Agricultural electrician is an electrician formally employed in the form of contract. The vast majority of employers are rural power service companies with assets contact with power supply enterprises. Strictly speaking, agricultural electricians can also be classified as labor dispatch. There are three reasons why the author lists them separately: first, the existence of agroelectricians has a historical heritage. Two, agricultural electrician is an important force in the daily operation of power supply station, and its business is usually included in the management of power supply station.
