Wu Chunsheng, male, 1957, born in May, graduate student, senior engineer, from Liaoyang, Liaoning. He has served as chief operating officer of Yuanbaoshan Power Plant, deputy head of the chief operating officer group, deputy director and director of the Fuel Division, deputy chief engineer and director of the Power Plant, and deputy director, director and party secretary of Huaneng Nantong Power Plant. In June 2007, he served as director and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Huaneng Dalian Power Plant.
