5. First-level flower horticulturist (meeting one of the following conditions)

(1) After obtaining the second-level professional qualification certificate of this profession, continuously working in this profession for more than 3 years, and passing the first-level formal qualification certificate of this profession The training reaches the prescribed standard number of hours and a graduation (completion) certificate is obtained;
