Why does it take a year and a half to go to Suzhou for postal training?

After graduating from college, I will go to Suzhou to study for one and a half years.

Category A workers are like civil servants, with guaranteed income during drought and flood, and good remuneration. Category B workers are contract workers, which are better than temporary workers. Once the value rises to a certain level, it will be difficult for them to move up. Category B jobs are okay, but now it’s basically difficult to become Category A jobs.

Everyone works from the grassroots level when they enter, and the same applies to new A-category workers. There is not much difference. Looking at it now, being able to work as a Category B worker in the post office is probably a good job, and the pay is pretty good.
