I. Guiding principles

2. Non-Nanhai graduates, fresh graduates of national key normal colleges or 2 1 1 engineering colleges, full-time undergraduate degree or above. One of the following circumstances can relax the restrictions of graduate schools:

(2) In-service teachers

Teachers' qualification certificates with corresponding years of study, the age requirement is that men are under 45 years old and women are under 40 years old (the deadline for calculating the age is 2065438+August 3 1, and the age of those who are particularly outstanding can be appropriately relaxed, the same below), and they meet one of the following conditions:

1. High-level education talents: provincial super teachers with associate senior titles or above, outstanding principals or teachers at or above the provincial level (including teaching rookies, outstanding class teachers and advanced educators), model workers at or above the provincial level and famous principals at or above the provincial level (including backbone teachers, academic leaders and chief teachers).

2. Excellent teachers: In-service teachers with associate senior titles or above are currently employed as backbone teachers at or above the municipal level (employed by the administrative department of education) or in-service teachers who have won excellent teacher awards at or above the prefecture level in recent five years (referring to outstanding teachers, advanced educators, outstanding class teachers, teaching rookies and outstanding principals selected by the administrative department of education or government departments).

3. The husband and wife are separated (that is, the spouse is a registered resident of our district or a public official of our district) and meets one of the following conditions.

(1) intermediate or above.

(2) the two places have been separated for more than 2 years and have junior titles.

4. Temporary employment of full-time teachers: temporary employment of full-time teachers who taught in our district before September/KLOC-0, 2008 and are still in teaching posts (the age limit for such personnel can be appropriately relaxed). 6. Persons under the following circumstances may appropriately relax the registration conditions:

(1) On-the-job personnel who meet one of the following conditions can apply for professional teachers:

(2) Some outstanding on-the-job personnel who have graduated from professional colleges and have special expertise may be appropriately relaxed after being identified by the recruitment leading group of town (street) or district-level schools and reported to the district recruitment leading group for review.

The employer shall recommend the written test in the order of personal interview results from high to low, and the ratio of the number of people in the recruitment plan to the number of people recommended for written test shall not be less than 1:3. The number of professional teachers and school doctors in the recruitment plan and the number of qualified candidates or recommended written tests shall not be less than 1:2 in principle.

(5) Publicity: The written examination personnel list was published on Nanhai Education Information Network and Nanhai Talent Information Network for 3 days.

(9) Handling relevant employment procedures: After publicity, it will be hired by the unit recommended by the district teacher recruitment leading group and handle relevant procedures.

(10) Second Registration:

When the number of applicants for individual positions or the proportion of those recommended to take the written test is lower than the specified requirements, the district recruitment teacher leading group will, according to the actual needs, organize some vacant positions to register for the second time after publicizing the first batch of candidates, and the second registration target is those who have not obtained the employment qualification among the first batch of people who entered the interview. Six, the composition of the recruitment examination results

The total score consists of interview score, written test score and extra points. In order to ensure the fairness, impartiality and openness of the recruitment examination and the quality of newly hired teachers in our district, the minimum control score line is set for this open recruitment examination, and the minimum control score line for the total score of the examination is 70 (inclusive). Those with a total score of less than 70 points will not be admitted.

(1) The full score of the interview is 100, which is converted into the total score according to the proportion of 45%. Those whose interview scores are below 70 points cannot be recommended to take the written test.

(2) The full score of the written test is 100, which is converted into the total score according to the proportion of 55%.

(3) Bonus points: Temporary full-time teachers who have taught for a long time and performed well will be given appropriate bonus points on the basis of the conversion of the total scores of interviews and written tests. The criteria are as follows:

If you have been teaching in our district for five years continuously, you will be given 1 and 1 points. For every increase of 1 annual accumulation 1 points, the points for continuous teaching years will not exceed 5 points at most (inclusive).

2. Teachers who were awarded personal honorary titles by the District Education Bureau during their teaching in our district (including excellent teachers, excellent class teachers, outstanding young teachers and advanced educators, the same below) plus 3 points; Get the personal honorary title commended by the education system at or above the municipal level, and add 5 points. Commendation and reward points are not accumulated, and are calculated according to the highest personal honor obtained during the teaching period.

The above two types of bonus points can be accumulated and directly included in the total score, and the total bonus points shall not exceed 10 (inclusive). The bonus items are publicized by our bureau on the educational information network.

Seven, the recruitment of teachers to implement the appointment system and probation system.

Employment system

According to the relevant provisions of the employment system of public institutions, the recruiters will be uniformly managed by the employment system and the employment contract of public institutions will be signed.

(B) Probation system

During the probation period, personnel relations will not be transferred to the education system of our district, but can be linked to the talent service office of Nanhai District.

2. Inspection requirements: An inspection team composed of the district leading group for recruiting teachers, the town (street) education bureau and the district direct schools will inspect the trainees. After the expiration of the probation period, those who meet the requirements can go through formal employment procedures, and those who do not meet the requirements will be disqualified and the probation period will not be extended.

Eight, other provisions

(1) Persons who have made serious mistakes, been punished by Party discipline and political discipline, are being examined by relevant departments and have not yet reached a conclusion, and have other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations are not allowed to apply for the exam;

(2) Those who cheated in the recruitment examination or were found to have cheated in the recruitment process, and those who were punished for cheating in the declaration of professional titles, were disqualified from registration and were not allowed to apply for teacher recruitment in our district within three years.
