Fourth, the recruitment conditions
(1) Basic requirements for candidates:
1. has People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality;
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws;
3. Have good political literacy and moral conduct;
4. Have the physical conditions required by the post;

(A) release recruitment information
1. This recruitment plan has been audited and put on record by the Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and published on the websites of the Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security (website) and Henan University (website). (2) Registration
By online registration, applicants can send the registration materials to the designated email address (see attachment 1), and the title of the email indicates: "Staff applying for Henan University post system+my name". The registration time is from June 24, 2022 to June 30, 2022 at 24: 00.
The applicant must submit the following application materials according to the format requirements:
1. Registration Form for Post-based Staff (Master) Recruitment of Henan University in 2022 (see Annex 2);
2. Resume, detailing my study and work experience since college;
3. The front and back of the ID card (scanned as a PDF document);
4. Undergraduate diploma, degree certificate and academic certification report (scanned into PDF document);
5. Master's diploma, degree certificate and academic certification report, and the graduate employment recommendation form or graduation certificate issued by the college that has not obtained the master's double certificate (scanned as a PDF document);
6. Academic transcripts of various learning stages (scanned into PDF documents);
7. Representative scientific research achievements, important award-winning certificates and honorary certificates during study and work (papers and patents must be officially published, published and authorized, and scanned into PDF documents);
8. Other relevant supporting materials (scanned into PDF documents).
If the above materials are incomplete or the format does not meet the requirements, the registration will be deemed invalid.
(3) Qualification examination
The qualification examination shall be organized and implemented by the office of the leading group for open recruitment of schools. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process, and those who find fraud will be disqualified.
Tip: For specific matters in recruitment, please always pay attention to the relevant information published on the website of the Personnel Department of our school (if I don't read the relevant information in time, I will bear the consequences). Bring my ID card, education, original degree certificate and other related materials to participate in the recruitment according to the requirements of the school.
(4) Examination
The examination includes written examination and interview, which is organized and implemented by our school under the guidance of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. Information about the exam will be published on the website of the Personnel Department of our school.
1. written test. Written test score 100. The written test content is mainly the professional basic knowledge required for the job application. It mainly evaluates the knowledge level and professional quality of candidates who adapt to the post requirements, and adopts the form of closed book. The school does not specify review materials. Please pay attention to the notice bulletin board on the website of the personnel department of our school in time for the written test location and examination room arrangement. The written test results will be published on the website of the personnel department of our school within one week after the written test.
In the written test, if the ratio of the number of recruitment positions to the number of qualified personnel does not reach 1:3, the number of recruitment positions will be reduced accordingly, and the changes will be announced on the website of the school personnel office in time. After the written test, if the number of people who take part in the written test for a post is less than 3, the recruitment for the post will be cancelled.
2. Interview. Interview results 100. According to the written test results, according to the ratio of the number of positions to be recruited 1:3, the interview candidates are determined from high score to low score, and the last one enters the interview in parallel. During the interview, if the recruitment position is uncompetitive due to the lack of personnel, the number of recruits for this position will be reduced accordingly until the recruitment for this position is cancelled. If there are two or more people in the same recruitment position, the interview will continue and the results will be valid. The score of those who are not present is regarded as zero.
Video recording the whole interview process. The content of the interview is the basic theory, professional knowledge and basic skills of the recruitment position. After the interview, the interview results will be announced on the spot, and the interview results and rankings will be announced on the website of the personnel department of our school on the same day. Those with an interview score below 60 will not be hired. The score of those who are not present is regarded as zero.
3. The total test score = written test score ×40%+ interview score ×60% (keep two decimal places).
(5) Physical examination and inspection
According to the total score of the examination, the list of medical examiners is determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of positions to be recruited 1: 1. If the last one has the same test score, an interview will be held. The list and requirements of medical examiners are published on the website of the Personnel Department of our school. The physical examination is organized by our school and the expenses are self-care. The physical examination standard refers to the Physical Examination Standard for Applicants with Teacher Qualification in Henan Province (revised on 20 17). If the medical examination object abandons the medical examination due to unqualified medical examination or there is a vacancy in the recruitment position, it will be replenished according to the total score of the examination from high to low.
Those who pass the physical examination are inspected by our school from the aspects of ideological and political performance and moral quality. Specific inspection methods and requirements will be notified separately. Those who have a record of violation of discipline and discipline and other persons who do not meet the requirements for registration will be disqualified after verification. If the inspection fails, it will not be replenished.
(6) Publicizing the persons to be employed.
Those who pass the physical examination and inspection are the persons to be hired. After being confirmed by the school, the personnel to be hired shall be reported to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for review and filing, and publicized for 7 working days.
Intransitive verb employment
If there is no objection after publicity, the relevant employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with the Notice of Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on the Employment of Personnel in Provincial Institutions, and the salary shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the post system of institutions in Henan Province.
Seven. Discipline and supervision
The supervision department of the school discipline inspection commission will be responsible for the supervision and inspection of the whole open recruitment work, and investigate and deal with reports and complaints. Candidates who practise fraud or cheat in the recruitment process will be disqualified once they are verified.
