Authentication time

A: Generally speaking, the whole process of foreign degree certification and evaluation takes more than 20 working days. It should be noted that this time does not include the mailing time. From the date when the self-center receives the complete application materials and passes the preliminary examination on working days to the date when the certification results are issued (mailed). If the certification body does not reply to our verification letter in time, and the bank remittance of foreign applicants does not arrive in time, the certification time may be extended.

Our center will extend the certification completion period of the following certification applications:

International students who go abroad through Sino-foreign cooperative education programs or inter-school exchange programs cannot handle this business, and they must obtain a formal degree certificate before submitting an application for certification.

Do you need to provide proof of returning overseas students for foreign academic degree certification?

The Standard does not make any mandatory requirements for the certificate of returned overseas students. In practice, if the applicant is really unable to provide the certificate of returned overseas students for various reasons, he can submit other auxiliary or certification materials. At the beginning of last year, in order to further simplify the application procedure, our center also cancelled the requirements for the applicant's pre-academic degree certificate and the certificate of returned overseas students.

20 14 Returned overseas students are still required to submit the certificate of returned overseas students when they purchase duty-free vehicles, go through the formalities of settling in some provinces and cities, and enjoy various national and local preferential policies for returned overseas students. It should be noted that when enjoying the relevant preferential policies, the returned overseas students need to meet other conditions and submit relevant materials in addition to the certificates of the returned overseas students. Post the results of degree certification outside the country (territory)

After 2065438+February 7, 2004, all applicants who fill in the EMS express form when submitting the certification application will directly receive the certification results mailed by our center.
