Take the Shexian teacher recruitment exam. Do fresh graduates refer to students who graduated this year? Opinions vary. How do you define the identity of fresh graduates?

There are two situations that can be regarded as fresh graduates.

The first type: fresh graduates in 2020. Take this year as an example. College graduates who get their diplomas in June and July 2020 are called "2020 fresh graduates" (some graduate students in China get their diplomas around March). What these students are most worried about may be the tripartite agreement. In fact, the signing of the tripartite agreement does not affect the identity of fresh graduates.

Two, two years of employment graduates. College graduates enrolled by the state can be treated as fresh graduates if they fail to implement their work units at the time of leaving school and during the period of choosing a job (the period of choosing a job is two years as stipulated by the state), and their registered permanent residence, files and organizational relations remain in the original school, or in the graduate employment department (graduate employment guidance service center), exchange service institutions at all levels and public employment service institutions at all levels.

Still taking this year as an example, the unemployed candidates who graduated from 20 19 and 20 18 are still in the period of choosing jobs. In addition, those who have participated in grassroots service projects after graduation and passed the examination for no more than 2 years are also counted as fresh graduates.
