"Driving school" is a commercial land, because driving school is a profitable land. Commercial land includes commercial and catering, hotel and other service land. Motor vehicle driving training should be socialized, and the competent department of transportation should manage the qualifications of driving training schools and driving training classes. Driving a motor vehicle shall obtain a motor vehicle driving license according to law.
