Over the years, based on the needs of economic and social development in Manzhouli City, the school has vigorously strengthened the professional construction and achieved good results. The professional enrollment rate of students is 93.6%, and the employment rate of students is over 95%.

Relying on the geographical advantages of Manzhouli City, the Russian major has a good development momentum and is a characteristic major of our school. In order to meet the demand for talents in the key development and opening experimental area of Manzhouli City, the school seized the opportunity to refine the Russian major into three sub-majors: commerce, tourism service and architectural Russian, and adopted 2+ 1+2.5 and 2+2 cooperation modes with Russian universities to train undergraduates studying in Russia, which was very attractive. We have established 1+4, 1+3 and other high school cooperation modes with the Eastern Siberian National University of Science and Technology Management, Buryat National Agricultural University and Buryat National University, and obtained the Russian undergraduate certificate, which has created rare opportunities for students to go abroad for further study and high-level employment. The school also offers specialized Russian courses in other majors, which enhances the employment competitiveness of students in other majors. In order to meet the needs of secondary vocational school students, this major actively develops school-based teaching materials, and has developed six kinds of teaching materials at present, which has accumulated experience for the research and development of school-based teaching materials in other majors. In 2008, the school opened the major of automobile operation and maintenance, and the autonomous region invested more than 6 million yuan for the purchase of training equipment for this major, and built a 7 10 square meter automobile maintenance training workshop. At present, automobile maintenance has become the backbone specialty of the school. This major combines corporate culture with daily management in education and teaching, and successfully implements the professional self-management mode. Relying on the curriculum reform, Russian majors have explored six classroom teaching modes, such as "group cooperative teaching", "American open teaching", "situational teaching", "game teaching" and "enjoying the classroom with network resources", and established three simulated classrooms by using foreign teachers' resources and the market advantage of our city. In order to test the level of Russian teaching and highlight its professional characteristics, a Russian oral class, a literary team and a etiquette team have been set up, and they participate in tourism festivals, science and technology exhibitions and beauty contests organized by our city every year, which have been well received by the foreign affairs system. During the Sino-Russian Language Year, the Russian major of our school participated in a large-scale Russian performance organized by the Propaganda Department of the Autonomous Region, which was well received.
At present, the teaching mode of automobile maintenance major mainly adopts straight-through teaching mode and work-study alternating teaching mode, that is, learning and doing in the workshop, which improves students' hands-on operation ability. Our school cooperated with Dahongying Industrial Company of Manzhouli City to establish off-campus training bases and employment bases for students majoring in auto repair, cooperated with Jinsheng Computer Technology Co., Ltd. of Manzhouli City to establish off-campus training bases for students majoring in computer, and cooperated with Greater China Club, port hotel, international travel agency and Daqian International Travel Agency of Manzhouli City to establish off-campus training bases for students majoring in tourism and Russian. Cooperate with Nanqu Kindergarten and Zhaqu Youwa Kindergarten in Manzhouli City to establish an off-campus training base for preschool education, and cooperate with Zhalaite Banner to establish an off-campus training base for preschool education. The above-mentioned enterprises participated in our teaching, formulated students' internship plans and courses, realized the "seamless connection" between vocational schools and enterprises, and improved students' practical ability and employment competitiveness.
In terms of "school-school" cooperation, we adopt two levels of cooperation. First, we cooperate with higher vocational colleges. Secondly, we will cooperate with secondary vocational schools, junior high schools and senior high schools to establish student bases in these schools. Through examination, training, introduction and other forms, strengthen the construction of school teachers, formulate and implement the quality improvement plan of vocational school teachers, carry out teacher training through multiple channels, and continuously improve the proportion of "double-qualified" teachers. Implement a flexible entry mechanism and openly recruit professional and technical personnel, technicians and craftsmen with rich practical experience to teach in our school.
