Age limit of medical training lecturers

Generally speaking, there is no age limit, but the recruitment company requires it to be between 25 and 35 years old.

Responsibilities of medical training lecturers:

1, responsible for product training of employees and end customers in the company;

4, according to the company's marketing model, combined with the sales advantages of the industry, to develop a marketing training system suitable for the company;

5. Follow up the trainees later, do a good job in training assessment, acceptance and evaluation, and write a training evaluation report;

6, according to the training effect, constantly improve and perfect the training courses and training methods and feedback;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the general manager's office, and cooperate to support the normal work of other departments.

Qualifications:

1, college degree or above, good image and temperament, medical and pharmaceutical majors are preferred;

2. Relevant medical training experience is preferred;

3. Language expression is clear and fluent, with good communication skills and affinity;

4, familiar with computer office software, independently complete the production of teaching PPT;

5. Strong coordination and organization ability, analytical ability, execution ability and affinity, strong language and written expression ability;

6. Be familiar with the methods of training demand investigation and effect evaluation.
