This question is a bit general. The ground division of civil aviation system is very large, including tower, meteorology, radar, oil, maintenance and some terminal buildings. Depending on which department you are engaged in, there is also some gap between the income of clerical and technical jobs. Generally speaking, the income of civil aviation ground crew can't be compared with that of pilots, but compared with the average social wage, it should be considered as above average.
