Wengfu Group, a state-owned enterprise, is located at No.57, Lu Nan Road, Nanming District, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province. It is one of the five phosphate fertilizer bases built by the state during the Eighth Five-Year Plan and the Ninth Five-Year Plan to ensure national food security and fill the gap of high-concentration phosphate compound fertilizer in China, with a registered capital of 4.609 billion yuan. It integrates phosphate mining, phosphate compound fertilizer, fine phosphorus chemical industry, sulfur coal chemical industry and fluorine iodine chemical industry. By February, 2024, the company had more than 6,000 employees and more than 50 subsidiaries at all levels, forming four production and R&D bases with Fuquan in Guizhou as the core and Jinchang in Gansu, Dazhou in Sichuan and Shanghang in Fujian as the support, with an annual output of 7.5 million tons of phosphate rock, 3/kloc-0.20 million tons of phosphate fertilizer, 2.73 million tons of chemical products and 2 million tons of phosphogypsum products.
