Asia-Pacific sales director

As an important member of our Asia-Pacific administrative leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, functional management and leadership of all business sales activities in the entire Asia-Pacific region.

Report directly to our vice president of global sales. Marketing, you will work closely with the leadership team and other regional leaders in your daily work. Your main responsibilities include:

-Strengthen and implement the sales strategy and strategic plan in the Asia-Pacific region

-Plan and implement strict regional planning across regions, channels and customers to achieve key indicators of the sales organization.

-Lead the coordination and cooperation with strategic /G2000 customers and channel partners and the C-level contacts in these customers.

-Cooperate with internal operation departments to provide quality services to customers and partners and maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales organization.

You have;

-Postgraduate degree/diploma in marketing. MBA is preferred.

-At least 10 years post-qualification senior management experience, preferably in AP sales & marketing organization.

-Rich experience in cross-cultural sales planning and team management.

-Remarkable success has been achieved in establishing effective and efficient sales operations and processes, from regional planning to channel management to well-coordinated cross-border customer engagement.

-Enthusiastic, mature, self-motivated, hardworking and respected team leader, able to work in a cross-cultural environment and serve as the connection point between sales and non-sales business.
