Is Ningbo Haishu dongqiao town poor?

Pity. Dongqiao town is a town under the jurisdiction of Haishu District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. It is located in Yinxi Plain, about 18km away from downtown Ningbo, with Shi Qi Street in the east, Yinjiang Town in the west, Gu Lin Town in the north and Jiangkou Street in Fenghua District in the south. The local area is poor, and many Ningbo people have never been out of Zhejiang or to other big cities.
