Third, avoid graffiti and typos. Some people write resumes in order to get a quick picture, and the words are written in a dragon and phoenix dance, which is vividly played. Reading such a resume is like reading a gobbledygook, which is very laborious. What are your interests? Some people don't pay attention to quality when printing and copying, and they miss lines and words, which are the key words. Words such as mistakes are all defects that can be overcome, and it is really uneconomical to miss opportunities because of carelessness.

Fourth, avoid falsehood and inconsistency. Resume is an important self-report that truly reflects a person's education, experience, skills and achievements. If it is fabricated out of thin air, or contains exaggerated and false elements, which are inconsistent with one's real situation, then even if one succeeds for a period of time, clues will always be revealed, and the previous "achievements" will not count, and other channels of success may be closed. The loss is too great.

Five, avoid strange, uncommon and fancy. Some job seekers pile up a lot of fancy words or use idioms and proverbs to add luster to their resumes. Some people even create their own idioms, but they don't know that sometimes they are self-defeating and give people the suspicion of gilding the lily. Others like to use uncommon words and sentences or traditional Chinese characters in their resumes. They want to show their talents, but sometimes they don't.

Sixth, avoid unclear direction and organization. This is a very important point. A well-written resume must have a clear theme, a prominent center, a reasonable layout and no confusion in logic. Whether applying for "accounting" or "secretarial" or "property management", the whole article should focus on a theme. The main ones can be written more, and the secondary ones can be written less or not. Don't read your resume. People still don't know what resume writers are suitable for and want to do.
