Where is Zhongli community?

The Zhongli Neighborhood Committee of Guanbai Street is located on the bank of Cao 'e River in the north of Shangyu, with beautiful scenery and convenient transportation. It borders Dujia Village in the east, Zhao Jia Village in the south, Jiang Bin Road in the west and Shimin Avenue in the north, covering an area of1.5000 square meters. The resident population is more than 3,200, 1052 households. Zhongli Village was changed into Zhongli Neighborhood Committee in June, 2004, with a general party branch and a population of 65.438 million in party member. There are 7 full-time neighborhood Committee staff, 3 full-time patrol security guards and 6 full-time sanitation cleaners.

Zhongli Neighborhood Committee has successively won Shangyu Civilized Village, Shangyu Chuan 'an Advanced Village (Residence), Shangyu Advanced Collective for Urban Construction, Shangyu Advanced Collective for Farmer Training and Transfer, Shangyu Heping Village, Shangyu Excellent Organization Award for Fitness Activities for 10,000 Old People, Shangyu Second Prize for Public Security Patrol Competition, and Shaoxing Health Village.

In March, 2003, under the joint initiative of party member Wang Haizuo, an old neighborhood committee, the neighborhood committee set up a "Monument to the Heroes of Zhongli" on the banks of the scenic Cao 'e River to commemorate Zheng Chunquan, Du Yongtai and Du Juan, so that their heroic deeds and legendary revolutionary lives will be passed down forever. At the same time, in April, 2005, a "Monument to Theory of Three Represents Theory" was set up beside the monument to encourage people to seriously practice the "Theory of Three Represents Thought" and carry forward the spirit of patriotism.

There are some tourist attractions near Zhongli Community, such as Chenxi Town Scenic Area, Shangyu Durbayberry Ecological Park, Shangyu Fushan Scenic Area, Shangyu Changtang Peach Blossom Garden and Shangyu Gaibei Coconut Vineyard Scenic Area. There are also special products such as Durbayberry, Shangyu Cucumber, Guangdong Porcelain, Gaibei Grape and Xietang Huang Huali.
