What is the general treatment of social assistance assistants?

In order to effectively solve the problem of weak grassroots civil service capacity, improve the overall work level and service quality of social assistance, and effectively protect the basic livelihood of people in need. According to the relevant requirements of the provincial and state civil affairs departments on actively promoting the government to purchase services to strengthen the service capacity of grassroots social assistance institutions and the Implementation Plan for Promoting Social Assistance Assistants to Strengthen the Service Capacity Building of Grassroots Social Assistance Institutions in Jianhe County, combined with the actual work, Jianhe County Civil Affairs Bureau decided to openly recruit social assistance assistants for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the recruitment principle

There are 20 social assistance assistants in Jianhe County (see annex 1 for details).

Third, the recruitment target and conditions

(a) the conditions that a candidate should have

Four. Recruitment procedures and methods

According to recruitment announcement, registration, qualification examination, written examination, interview, physical examination, inspection, publicity, employment and other procedures.

(1) Registration

1. Registration method.

This recruitment is conducted by on-site registration. The registration place is the conference room on the third floor of Jianhe County Civil Affairs Bureau, and the address is No.6/KLOC-0, Xianfu Road, Gedong Town, Jianhe County.

2. Registration time.

June 8, 2022 10 to June 10, 17:30.

3. Application materials.

4. Relevant requirements.

(2) Qualification examination

Conduct qualification examination on the applicant, and feedback the examination results by phone or SMS. Applicants must meet the qualifications, and the registration information, certificates and materials provided must be complete, legal, true and accurate. After the qualification examination, the position is still valid if the ratio of the approved number to the recruitment plan number is less than 3: 1. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. If the applicant is found to be unqualified or fraudulent in any link, his employment qualification will be cancelled, and all responsibilities will be borne by the applicant.

(3) written examination

1. written test content. Full score 100, in the form of closed book. The written test includes social assistance policies and social work knowledge.

2. For those who have obtained the social work qualification certificate (including those who have passed the 2022 social work qualification examination to be issued) and passed the qualification examination, the written test will be scored 10.

3. Time and place of written examination. The publicity of Jianhe County People's Government Network shall prevail.

4. Precautions. Candidates take the written test with their valid ID card, negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours and relevant documents.

(4) Interview

According to the written test results, the interview was conducted at the ratio of 3: 1. All positions with a written test score of less than 3: 1 entered the interview, and the interview score was 100.

1. Interview content. Participate in structured interviews.

3. Precautions. Attend the interview within 48 hours with my ID card and negative proof of nucleic acid test.

(5) Performance calculation

The test score is calculated according to the total score (100) = (written test score 100 ×50%)+ (interview score 100 ×50%). Candidates with a total score of less than 60 points are considered unqualified and will not be employed.

(6) Physical examination

According to the total score, the medical examination of the equal number of recruitment places will be carried out, and the medical examination expenses will be borne by the applicants themselves. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). If there is any objection to the physical examination results, an application for re-examination can be made within 1 day from the date of publication of the physical examination conclusion, and re-examination can be carried out.

Those who fail the physical examination or voluntarily give up the vacancy will be replenished in turn according to the total score of the exam (if the total score is the same, the replacement personnel will be determined according to the written test score).

(7) Investigation

Those who pass the physical examination will be inspected, and those who fail the inspection will not be hired. If the inspection is unqualified and there are vacancies, it will be replenished once according to the total score from high to low (if the total score is the same, the ranking will be determined according to the written test score).

(8) Publicity

The personnel to be hired will be publicized on the website of Jianhe County People's Government for 5 days.

(9) Signing contracts

Sign a labor dispatch contract after the expiration of the publicity period. Probation period 1 month. If the probation period is unqualified, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
