How many days does it take to install the ceiling?

Ceiling installation time mainly depends on your actual area. It is usually completed by 1 installation master within 8-15mm2 6- 10 hour!

1. Hold it with a magnet and check the material of the panel.

Panel occupies the largest area in the whole integrated ceiling, and its quality has a great influence on its future use. At present, aluminum gusset plates are widely used in integrated ceilings, and the quality of aluminum gusset plates varies. The inferior aluminum gusset plates are mostly recycled garbage aluminum, with poor quality and radiation.

There are two aspects to distinguish the quality of aluminum gusset plates:

(1) Look at the surface and section. High-quality aluminum gusset plate has good surface gloss, no cracks, no black, gray, green and other impurities in the section.

(2) Look at the thickness and weight. The thicker the aluminum gusset plate, the better. Too thick gusset plates are mostly recycled aluminum or miscellaneous aluminum. Because of impurities, the purity is not up to standard, so it can't be light and thin. Real Al-Ti, Al-Mg, Al-Mn alloy plates are relatively light.

(3) Look at the magnetic attraction. In order to distinguish whether there are impurities in the aluminum gusset plate, you can try it with a magnet when choosing the gusset plate. True aluminum does not attract magnetism.

Select auxiliary materials

Auxiliary materials include the main frame and foundation of suspended ceiling, mainly including triangular keel, main keel, suspender and hanger. It is best to choose durable galvanized light steel keel for aluminum gusset ceiling. The function of zinc plating is moisture-proof, so the quality of zinc plating process directly affects its moisture-proof. The surface of galvanized light steel keel with good quality is clear snowflake shape, which is hard to feel and has small cracks. Light steel keel without the above characteristics is not a good keel.

In addition to the keel, other accessories should also be made of high-quality steel and coated with anti-corrosion coating.

3. Choose original products.

When buying an integrated ceiling, make sure that its panels and auxiliary materials are original. The original triangular keel, corner line and hanger are brand steel seals, and the corner line protective film will also have brand trademarks.

4. Look at the mainframe and electrical appliances

The main functional areas of the integrated ceiling are controlled by the host, so the host should be carefully selected, depending on whether it has passed the "3C" certification. In addition, when buying, try it on the spot to see if the sound is normal.

Many ceiling manufacturers only produce ceilings, and electrical appliances are equipped afterwards. Therefore, the quality of some integrated ceilings is no problem, but there are potential safety hazards in electrical appliances. Consumers had better choose brand electrical appliances when buying, and don't be greedy for cheap.

5. Look at the combination design

If there is no professional to design the layout for you, then the layout of each functional block of the ceiling is difficult to achieve the ideal state. Therefore, when purchasing the integrated ceiling, the owner must give the floor plan to the merchant to help design the layout. The owner will compare the design drawings again. See whether the lighting, heating and ventilation positions are reasonable and coordinated with the decoration style of the whole room, and finally determine the layout of the ceiling.
