When I first joined the company, I was fortunate enough to be assigned by the company to assist in the ward rounds and maintenance of projects that were about to be delivered. House rounds and maintenance may seem simple and boring, but it is a very good experience for newcomers who have just entered the job: first of all, through house rounds, we can recognize common defects in house quality and lay the foundation for future on-site quality management; Secondly, through ward rounds, we can exercise our patience for work, and get rid of college students' problems of being too ambitious and arrogant, so that we can work in a down-to-earth manner; finally, through ward rounds and maintenance, I deeply understand the Xincheng people's pursuit of excellence and perfection. How to communicate as an on-site representative is very important. Communication includes internal communication and external communication. Internal communication is mainly communication with relevant lines. For example, if there is any discrepancy between on-site practices and drawings, you should communicate with the technical department in time. If it involves increased costs, you should communicate with the cost. communicate with the department in advance. External communication mainly refers to communicating with the construction unit. Only with appropriate communication methods can the work be carried out well. In particular, experienced construction workers must pay more attention to communication skills.

Be proactive when doing things. The most important thing in on-site management is to be foreseeable and know what work to do next, when to start building walls, when to start insulating doors and windows, and what needs to be done after the doors and windows are installed. Arrangements must be made in advance and cannot be installed tomorrow. Doors and windows, I just remembered to measure the door and window dimensions on site today. Of course, this kind of predictability requires humility, learning and accumulation of experience.

The company should summarize the achievements and shortcomings of each project to guide employees, especially new employees.
