Community official positions are at levels 7-18, other members of the "two committees" are at levels 4-15, and ordinary staff are at levels 1-12. Each grade corresponds to a corresponding coefficient. The specific monthly basic salary standard calculation formula is: the average monthly salary of local public institution management personnel × local selected coefficient × 70% × grade corresponding coefficient (for specific modification coefficients, please refer to the basic salary modification table) . For newly recruited "social work" personnel, if they have work experience, the corresponding salary grade will be determined based on their proposed position, working years, academic qualifications, etc. During the probation period, the basic salary will be based on a lower salary grade. If there is no work experience, during the probation period, the basic salary will be paid at 80% of the per capita basic salary level of the local "social work post" personnel.
