20 12 Announcement on Public Recruitment of Postgraduates in Some Institutions in Hui 'an County, Fujian Province

According to the relevant regulations on open recruitment of staff in public institutions, in order to increase the efforts to introduce and supplement the shortage of talents and solve the shortage of talents in economy and other related professions in our county, the Development Research Center of Hui 'an County People's Government, Hui 'an County Project Development Center and other institutions have decided to openly recruit six staff members with full-time postgraduate degrees, master's degrees or above in ordinary colleges and universities. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Recruiting unit, position and number of people

Second, the recruitment conditions

(a) with China nationality, and at least 18 years old;

(2) Abiding by the Constitution and laws, having good conduct and good health;

(3) 20 12 and full-time graduate students in previous universities who meet the professional requirements of the post;

(four) other qualifications that meet the requirements of the post.

Third, registration

This recruitment registration is conducted in the form of on-site registration, and the registration related matters are as follows:

(1) Time and place of registration

Registration time: September 3-September 7 at 20 12 (8: 00 am-12: 00 pm, 3: 00 pm-6: 00 pm);

Registration place: Civil Service Management Unit of Hui 'an Civil Service Bureau (Tel: 0595-87387996).

(2) materials required for registration

Applicants are required to provide their ID card, undergraduate degree certificate, original and photocopy of graduate degree certificate, and two recent bareheaded two-inch photos.

Among them, informal employees also need to provide graduate employment registration cards; Those who have been formally hired must also provide proof that the unit agrees to apply for the exam (proof of consent to resign or proof of termination of labor relations); Returned overseas students are required to provide a copy of the foreign academic degree certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education or the Examination and Approval Form for Returned Overseas Students issued by the personnel administrative department of Fujian Province.

Fourth, recruitment methods

If the number of applicants is equal to or less than the number of people in the recruitment plan, the appraiser can be directly used for recruitment; If the number of applicants exceeds the number of recruitment plans, the recruitment will be conducted by interview and no written examination will be organized. The interview time and place will be announced separately. The interview content is the comprehensive knowledge of the public (similar to the interview content of the civil service recruitment examination) and the relevant professional knowledge required by the post.

(1) evaluation

1. Determination of assessment candidates: according to the number of candidates to be recruited for this position, the assessment candidates are determined in equal amounts according to the order of interview results from high to low.

2. Assessment methods and contents: Make a comprehensive investigation of candidates' political ideology, moral quality, professional ability and work performance by consulting files, and examine their qualifications for the examination.

(2) Physical examination

1. Physical examination items and standards: organize qualified personnel for physical examination. Physical examination items and standards are in accordance with the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Notice on Revising the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Operation Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [20 10]).

2. Physical examination time: notice separately (those who fail to go to the designated place for physical examination within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up their employment qualification), and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by themselves.

(3) Publicity and employment

Those who pass the examination and physical examination are candidates to be hired, and the candidates to be hired will be publicized by Huian County Civil Service Bureau on Huian Personnel Network for seven days.

After the expiration of the publicity period and without objection, with the approval of the Civil Service Bureau of Hui 'an County, the employing unit will sign an employment contract (one year's probation) with the applicant according to the relevant regulations, determine the personnel relationship and implement contract management. The minimum service period of a candidate is five years.
