Where can I recruit Thai chefs in China?

It is best to recruit directly online, but those who are the most direct, effective and able to make Thai food flavor and characteristics will of course go to Thailand to find it themselves. There are many recommendation companies in Thailand, so find an expert. Otherwise, there won't be many Thai restaurants that can cook authentic Thai food in China. I haven't tried five successful Thai restaurants in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Dongguan.
