Should I study dessert as a part-time job or as an apprentice?

I don't recommend you to take a part-time job or be an apprentice in a physical store for the following reasons:

1. When you are an apprentice in the shop, you are employed, and your time cannot be freely controlled. The boss or master will arrange all kinds of chores for you. You may not touch the equipment several times a month, wasting a lot of time but getting nothing. It is better to teach yourself.

2. You are in the shop, and you and the master are actually in a competitive relationship. There is an old saying that "teach the apprentice to starve to death", and the master can't wholeheartedly teach you skills and wait for you to rob him of his job. Besides, you haven't been in the store long.

The main purpose of the store is to do business. You can be forgiven for not doing it once. If you fail two or three times, you may face a fine or dismissal, and there is no chance for you to exercise and explore more.

4. In order to save time, all the stores now adopt one-step flow process. You will only do what step when you are arranged, and even a complete product is difficult to master.
