Six modes of flexible employment

There are six modes of flexible employment: labor dispatch, part-time, intern, part-time mode, retirement and re-employment, and outsourcing.

1, labor dispatch

Labor dispatch units ("employing units") establish labor relations with employees, sign labor contracts, and dispatch employees to enterprises ("employing units"), and the social security relations of employees shall be borne by the dispatching units.

2. Part-time job

Part-time employment refers to the employment mode based on hourly wages. The average working hours of workers in the same employer shall not exceed 4 hours, and the working hours per week shall not exceed 24 hours.

3. Detention

Inexperienced learners, referred to as interns, generally refer to college students or secondary vocational students who have just graduated from a certain major and learn practical work experience under the guidance of experienced staff. They are informal employees and are usually paid by the day. Interns are divided into those who have graduated and those who are about to graduate. The purpose of hiring interns is to deal with short-term extra work and train formally hired employees.

4. Part-time mode

For some sporadic, single and simple jobs, such as checking water and electricity bills, making return calls, recording complaints from bill clerks, etc., we can recruit some college students over the age of 18 or contact high school students, so that they can come to work-study programs without delaying their studies.

5. Retirement and reemployment

Refers to the behavior that employees in an employer reach or exceed the legal retirement age and conclude a contract with the employer to continue their work.

6. Business outsourcing

Outsourcing some services such as security, cleaning and maintenance of non-production facilities in office areas and property projects to professional property companies can better avoid the risk of labor relations management in the original positions such as security guards, cleaners and property plumbers.
