Second, the introduction method

Take on-site selection and online selection.

Local employment: in areas with low epidemic risk, assessment and evaluation shall be carried out on the premise of implementing epidemic prevention and control requirements, controlling scale and paying attention to safety.

Online recruitment: college graduates in areas with high and medium risk of epidemic situation will be assessed online in an appropriate way.

Third, the introduction of objects and conditions

The recruitment target is graduates with master's degree or above. Meet the following conditions at the same time:

1. Fresh graduates must obtain their diplomas and degree certificates before July 3, 20221,and the graduation time for urgently needed talents can be extended to July 3, 20231;

2. Master students are under 35 years old (born after July 3 1986) and doctoral students are under 45 years old (born after July 3 1976). The age of doctors who are in urgent need of shortage or are particularly excellent can be appropriately relaxed;

3. Meet the professional and related requirements of the required position;

4 must have the basic conditions stipulated in the Interim Provisions on Open Recruitment of Public Institutions and other requirements of the employing unit.

One of the following circumstances, shall not sign up for the selection:

1. Having received criminal punishment and been dismissed from public office;

2. Suspected of violating discipline and law, being examined by relevant authorities, and no conclusion has been reached;

3. Being punished by the department or above during school;

4. The punishment period or the affected period;

5. It is found that there are serious violations of discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants and institutions at all levels;

6. military personnel;

7. On-the-job personnel who have worked in administrative institutions in Handan;

8. Failing to meet the prescribed service period;

1. "Talent Card" service. Imported doctors and "double-class" masters (42 world-class universities) will be issued with "talent cards" and enjoy 10 services such as scientific research projects, medical care, transportation and tourism.

2. Housing security. The imported doctors and "double first-class" masters (42 world-class universities) have priority to settle in Handan talent apartment. If you don't want to live in a talent apartment, from the day you work in Handan, the municipal finance will give a one-time housing subsidy of 80,000 yuan to the doctor and 50,000 yuan to the master.

3. Give priority to use. Priority is given to leadership positions with leadership qualifications. With the consent of the organization (personnel) department at the next higher level, doctoral students who have worked in management positions for 2 years can be employed as management level 6 posts for those who are particularly outstanding or selected due to major national strategies, major projects, major provincial and municipal tasks and important work arrangements, if conditions permit; Graduate students have worked in management positions for 1 year, and those who have the conditions can be employed in management level 8 positions, or have worked in management positions for 4 years, and those who have the conditions can be employed in management level 7 positions.

4. Spouse employment. 5. Political treatment. Strengthen the development of high-level talents in party member, actively recommend doctors and doctoral talents with good political quality and strong ability to participate in and discuss state affairs as candidates for "Two Representatives and One Committee Member" at all levels, and give priority to recommending them as outstanding party member and model workers at all levels. Give priority to the selection of outstanding professional and technical talents in Handan and top-notch young talents in Handan and other municipal talent projects. 6. Apply for employment. 7. Professional title evaluation. For the introduction of outstanding doctoral students, who have worked for 3 years and obtained the qualifications of deputy senior professional and technical positions, they can be directly employed to professional and technical positions of Grade 7. If there are no vacancies in professional and technical level 7 posts, they can be appointed by setting up special posts; For outstanding talents who are in urgent need and have made outstanding contributions, a system of direct evaluation and appointment of senior professional titles can be implemented. After working for 2 years, you can directly participate in the evaluation of deputy senior titles, and after working for 3 years, you can directly participate in the evaluation of senior titles.

8. Children go to school. Minor children who have introduced doctors and "double-class" masters (42 world-class universities) are willing to come to China with their parents to study, and the Municipal Education Bureau is responsible for coordinating the transfer and admission procedures according to the wishes of doctors and doctoral talents. Those who study in public schools do not charge any fees other than those stipulated by the government.
