(4) Physical examination and inspection. After the interview, according to the total score (total score = written test total score *40%+ interview total score *60%), the physical examination object is determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 (if the total score is the same, choose the one with the highest interview score), and organize physical examination and inspection. If the interviewee abandons or is disqualified from employment, or fails to pass the medical examination and inspection, or the original unit does not agree to transfer out, the Central Party Group will study and decide whether to arrange personnel to take over.
