Shenzhen Airlines stewardess recruitment issues

There is really nothing to say about the flight attendant interview. The experience of countless predecessors tells us that good luck is very important, luck is very important, and strength is also very important. All in all, work hard to improve yourself. Do your best and obey destiny.

Finally, here is an interview experience from a certain Shenzhen Airlines mm, I hope it will be useful to you. (Disclaimer: The copyright belongs to the original author. Please do not reprint. Violators will be prosecuted!)

By Joc1ya:

My road to the interview can be described as bumpy and bumpy.

I interviewed with China Southern Airlines but unfortunately failed the written test. I interviewed with Xiamen Airlines but was rejected at the beginning. I interviewed with Shenzhen Airlines twice. The first time I failed in the final review. The second time my dream finally came true.

I hope my experience can be shared with you who are about to embark on the interview journey in 2010!

Let’s talk about the interview with Shenzhen Airlines in detail:

The first interview with Shenzhen Airlines was on October 21, 2009, at Shenzhen Airlines Changsha Station for recruitment.

The initial test is conducted in groups of 10 people before 12:00 am. A group usually has 1-2 people. Summarize the characteristics: Don’t say too much, just the most basic information, because too much words will lead to mistakes.

Next is the small physical examination in the afternoon. It is very simple. Even if there are small scars as long as they are not serious, they will not be passed. The aviation doctor will usually record it and hand it over to the main judge for judgment.

In the written test, the questions for the two Shenzhen Airlines exams I interviewed were all from the same paper. It was very simple. The English was at a high school level, and the comprehensive essay was all common sense. The only question was the last question, which was Shenzhen Airlines’ service concept, that is: any time, be naturally considerate.

On the second day, the information review is a hard requirement, so the academic requirements only need to be met if the website meets the standards.

The next step is retests 1 and 2. 1 is: a group of 10 people go in and introduce themselves. At this time, they can talk about their specialties or small languages, and then 10 people each read a short English essay. , all the words are at the junior high school level. In fact, the examiner is listening to the pronunciation and intonation. It doesn’t matter if you can’t read, just stay calm. The next step is to maintain a smile with eight teeth for about 30 seconds and then it will be over.

For retest 2, when I went to Changsha Station, I went in in groups of 10, and each person took a different question to answer. This level is very important. In fact, the examiner does not look at how spectacular your answers are, but Judge from your answers whether you are suitable for this profession. Don't be too self-centered and talk about how individual you are. Personality is of great use at this time. Even if you are usually a very individual girl, at this time, even if you are just making it up. You should also describe yourself as very friendly, ~really!

During the final review, because I have experienced two final reviews, let me first talk about the first review which was held in Chongqing on November 30, 2009. As you all know, on the 30th, a leader of Shenzhen Airlines was taken away for investigation. , that is to say, the two most important leaders Li did not come on the 30th. The main judge that day was a female judge. I was eliminated that time. I summed up my shortcomings, that is, I said too many superfluous words. , and all the most basic things are not mentioned. This is the result of talking too much and making mistakes.

Ready to go, on December 15, 2009, I rushed to Shenzhen again and participated in the national household registration recruitment at the Shenzhen station.

The judges for the preliminary examination are the same as my judges in Changsha. They are all very nice and very friendly in private, so you don’t need to be nervous at all. Just put on your most confident smile and you will succeed. Break through the first level!

The physical examination at Shenzhen Station is a little different from that in Changsha. At this time, you will be asked to do those squatting movements, which were not done in Changsha. The procedures in each place will be slightly different.

As I said above about the written test in the afternoon, the questions are all the same. You can pass it if you stay calm and collected. It takes 50 minutes to complete 50 multiple-choice questions. Elimination at the end, basically only 4-5 people were eliminated each time.

On the second day in Shenzhen, the information was reviewed in the morning, followed immediately by the retest 1. Haha, I was a little nervous here, because when I entered, I found that the judge sitting in the middle turned out to be the judge from the last Chongqing final review. The one I brushed off~~maybe she dropped by because she was in Shenzhen, so my heart was a little beat.

But adjust and let nature take its course!

When I learned that I passed the retest 1, I felt relieved because I didn’t lose to her again. So for the next retest 2, I adjusted myself to the best condition!

In the second re-examination, just like my interview in Changsha, we will draw lots to answer questions. In some areas, there will be group debates, so everyone just needs to be prepared! ~

After successfully passing the Shenzhen station, the next step was another final review. This time, I learned from the experience of the last final review and made preparations early. Always ready to go!

On January 12, 2010, I came to Shenzhen again for the final review!

This time, because it was the home stadium in Shenzhen, all the judges for the final judging finally came. The aunt who was the final judge in Chongqing sat on the far left, next to Li Yongyan from the cabin crew, and in the middle was Li Yongyan. Kun, there is a bald judge next to me. I heard he is some kind of secretary, haha~ It is these four judges who presided over the final review in Shenzhen!

This final review is a little different from the final review I did in Chongqing. We were a group of 10 and each of us wore a Shenzhen Airlines hat. It was said that it depends on whether the hat is suitable for the face shape.

Then I introduced myself one by one. This time I only mentioned my name, height, age, education, and expertise, without adding any other fancy language!

Then it’s a lap around the field, done! I looked much more carefully than I did during the final review in Chongqing. Haha, maybe it’s because of Li Kun’s arrival~

I finally passed the final review at the Shenzhen station. I found that the ones who were repeatedly called in were pending. This time I finally didn't get called in twice. But one pass!

The next day was a very new day for me. In the morning, everyone paid the physical examination fee and took photos at the medical center of the Shenzhen Airlines base.

In the afternoon, I filled out the flight crew physical examination online application form and the most important political review information in the computer room of the training building.

The next day is the legendary physical examination at the station! This is also my first physical examination since I met a flight attendant!

On the first day, I had an auxiliary physical examination on the first floor of Shenzhen Airlines Medical Center, which included B-ultrasound, routine defecation, blood drawing, electrocardiogram and Long, because you need to hold in your pee, so everyone must remember it when entering the physical examination~ Haha~

I went back to the hotel to rest in the afternoon. I stayed at the Jinjiang Star opposite the airport, which is very close to the base! In fact, the civil aviation hotels are not very good these days, so if you want to stay comfortably, you should choose Jinjiang or Sungai Wei ~ cost-effective and comfortable! hehe. . .

On the morning of the second day, we arrived at the fourth floor of the Shenzhen Airlines Medical Center early. In other words, the first floor of the medical center is for the Shenzhen Airlines physical examination team. The items examined here can be reviewed, while the fourth floor is The professional physical examination team sent by the Civil Aviation Administration of China is different every time. The items of the physical examination here are eliminated individually. What I mean is that they do not exceed the bottom line.

This day’s physical examination took almost a day. I was in the first group. We went to the ophthalmology department first. This aviation doctor was at most a few years older than us, so he was very nice. He talked to us as soon as we entered. : Everyone, as long as you don’t talk and be quiet, I will let you pass~ Otherwise I won’t let you go~ Haha~

In fact, girls in basic ophthalmology don’t know how to brush people. They can be equipped with invisible C-shaped watches, and then Color blindness, and then when you look at the fundus of your eyes, you won’t even turn your eyelids when you shine a flashlight on it, so it doesn’t matter if you have trachoma or anything else.

The next step is to measure your blood pressure, it’s simple~~Just calm down~~

Then the internal medicine department is to touch your belly here and press there, and ask you if it hurts or something. This doctor He likes to ask questions. For example, as soon as he comes in, he will ask if your family members are here, if you are in good health, when have you been hospitalized, and if you had any serious illness when you were a child. Anyway, just say yes~~ He won’t really say it anyway. Checked. . . hehe.

The following is the surgery, where the girls strip down to their underwear. So remember in advance not to wear underwear that is too revealing. hehe.

This is an examination by a male aviation doctor. He is also very nice and funny, haha~

The examination item is squatting. Baotou squats and walks, and the arms will be looked at one by one. , but as long as it’s not a severe deformity, it will go through. Appendicitis or something like that, just talk to him. Although he will record it, it won’t affect anything. Then the height and weight were measured on an electronic instrument. My height measured at that time was 170.5, but in the end he only wrote me 170, but for some girls, for example, when he was 167.5, he would write 168 for that girl, so the aviation doctor Still very good!

Next is the ear, nose and throat, it’s very simple, just look inside the ears, nose and mouth. Smell the alcohol, vinegar and water. To be honest, the smell of the alcohol that day has almost evaporated, so the smell is not very strong~

Then it is the lunch break, everyone can take a rest.

The swivel chair started around 2 o’clock in the afternoon. It was the ophthalmologist who turned it for us. He was very funny. He also said: Why don’t you turn it 5 times? Just turn it 2 times. I can do it. I feel so tired~haha!

After the swivel chair was completed, the otolaryngologist performed a hearing test for us. He was about 5 meters away. We turned sideways and covered one ear with his hand to listen. She could pronounce 6 city names and listened to 3 with one ear. , she said it breathily, so everyone should keep quiet~ This is the last level, and it is also a hard elimination level. A good sister I met during the interview failed because of this level. Really It's a pity that her previous physical examinations were all fine. ~I just hope she won’t be sad and keep trying!

We basically finished it at 4:30 pm, and gathered in a classroom in the training building to wait for the final results~

In fact, generally everyone who wants to be reexamined will know, because the doctor will be checking When you do, I will tell you where there is something wrong, instead of saying nothing and finally scaring you!

The teacher came at almost 6 o'clock and brought the final results.

There were a few people who were re-examined, but basically the re-examinations were all about minor issues, and only 4 people were directly eliminated. It's really a pity~

After that, the teacher gave some instructions and informed us that we would come for training at the end of February and beginning of March next year.

That’s it. My interview journey with Shenzhen Airlines came to a perfect end.

There are joys and sorrows along the way~

I think everyone will get the results they want, it is just a matter of time.

I hope what I shared can be useful to everyone.

Come on~! I also experienced failure before achieving success! So don’t hesitate when you fail, just move forward!

May the dreams of the sisters who will be interviewed in 2010 come true!

Finally, I would like to give you a message:

If your dreams never fall off the cliff, how can you know that persistent people have invisible wings?
