Project overview: Sichuan Luzhou Chuannan Power Generation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) is jointly funded by Sichuan Investment Group Co., Ltd. (holding 55%), huadian power international Electric Power Co., Ltd. (holding 40%) and Sichuan Western Energy Co., Ltd. (holding 5%). It was incorporated in Luzhou on June 5438+065438+1October 8, 2004. The company is located in Jiangbei Town, Jiangyang District, Luzhou City, in the golden zone at the junction of Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan and Chongqing. The first phase plans to build 4×600MW units and 2×600MW units, with a total dynamic investment of 565,438+46 million yuan, annual utilization of 4,500 hours and annual power generation of 5.4 billion kWh. The first phase of the company broke ground on June 7, 2005 and was completed and put into operation in June 2008.
